I am extremely honored to receive the KNAW (Royal Netherlands Academy of Sciences) Early Career Award at the online awarding ceremony yesterday. And I was elated to have had the rare opportunity of retrieving my long-neglected Barong Tagalog from the attic to spice up my mostly pyjama wardrobe of the last year.
